Would definitely recommend DNA windows and we will use them again in the future. An approximate fitting date was given which was accurate. We are really sorry for the experience you have had, I understand one of our owners has been in contact with yourself and is dealing with this personally as we always want the best for our customers. I don't normally leave negative reviews as I strongly believe in giving people the opportunity to put things right but this is ridiculous. Following the poor installation, the sales manager, senior fitter, another fitter and even the MD of the business have been out to review my complaints and the faults.
