After being messed around by several local companies and one huge national company, the service and speed provided by DNA was a breath of fresh air. All seemed to be going well until I asked for a formal quote detailing what I was ordering with of course the price. He told me this request was unreasonable and that I wouldn't get anything until I had paid the deposit. He then became quite irritated and walked out of my house, so rude.
We are really sorry for the experience you have had, I understand one of our owners has been in contact with yourself and is dealing with this personally as we always want the best for our customers.
