We are really sorry for the experience you have had, I understand one of our owners has been in contact with yourself and is dealing with this personally as we always want the best for our customers. I don't normally leave negative reviews as I strongly believe in giving people the opportunity to put things right but this is ridiculous. Following the poor installation, the sales manager, senior fitter, another fitter and even the MD of the business have been out to review my complaints and the faults.

The fitters were very experienced and kept us informed at all stages, nothing was too much trouble. The product looks fabulous and has improved both the look and insulation of the house. The price for the windows and doors was only slightly more than other quotes and significantly lower than others but it was certainly worth paying the small amount extra.
